Day 1: Entebbe - kampala

Day 2: Kampala – Murchison falls National Park

Transfer to Murchison falls National Park. In your way pass at ziwa rhino sanctuary. In Murchison falls, visit the top of the falls if time allows. Murchison falls is one of the most beautiful national park of Uganda, one of the main attraction is the mighty river Nile with the spectacular Murchison falls, where the whole nile is forced through a narrow gorge and falls 60 meters. Day 3: Murchison Falls

Early morning game drive and after noon boat ride on the Victoria Nile up to the bottom of the falls. Medium budget: Pakuba lodge (HB) High budget: Paraa lodge (FB).


Day 4: Murchison falls

Early morning boat trip on the nile to the delta. Game drive in the afternoon. The delta area has the highest concentration of animals in Murchison and the boat performs a perfect platform to see them. This is also the area where the elusive shoebill stork can be seen. Day 5: Murchison falls - Hoima

Early morning game drive, in the afternoon drive to hoima town. It is also possible to make a visit to Bundongo forest for a jungle walk (optional) Medium budget: Kontiki Hotel (BB) High budget: Kontiki hotel (FB)


Day 6: Hoima – kibale forest National Park

After breakfast, drive to kibale forest. You can make a walk through the forest around the lodge I the afternoon (optional) Kibale forest is a spectacular jungle. With 15 primate species! Inclunding chimps, baboons, black and white colobus, red colobus, grey cheeked mangabey and L’hoest monkey. Medium budget: chimp’s nest (BB) High budget: Primate lodge (FB).


Day 7: Kibale forest National Park

Chimpanzee tracking in the morning. For people interested in primates and birds and willing to make a nother walk you can make a community walk in the Bigodi wetlands sanctuary as well. Day 8: Kibale forest – Semuliki National Park

On your way to semuliki, visit the crater lake. Afterwards transfer to semuliki national park. Visit the sempaya hot springs in the afternoon. Semuliki is a unique place and the only lowland jungle in east Africa, part of the congo eco system. Medium budget: Rwenzori view guest house (BB) High budget: mountains of the moon hotel (FB).


Day 9: Semuliki National Park – Queen Elizabeth National Park

Transfer to queen Elizabeth national park on your way, you will pass the equator where you will make a stop. And do the game drive in the afternoon. Queen Elizabeth national park is one of the best places in Uganda to see lions. Expect to see elephants, lions, many hippos, crocodiles buffolos and may be leopards. Day 10: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Do the early morning game drive and evening boat trip on the kazinga channel. The kazinga channel is one of the highlights of Uganda and has the highest concentration of hippos in the world. Medium budget: Enganzi lodge (BB ) High budget: Mweya lodge (FB).


Day 11: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early morning game drive in this beautiful national park or go for chimps tracking in the kyambura gorge or to make a nature walk in maramagambo forest or visit lake katwe a salt mining lake. Day 12: Queen Elizabeth National Park – Ishasha

After breakfast, drive through queen Elizabeth national park to ishasha sector in the south. Game drive in the afternoon in search of the tree climbing lions. In ishasha, there are 3 prides that climb the trees daily. Unique in the world! The other attraction of ishasha are the Topis, not found any where else in Uganda. Day 13: Ishasha - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

This day, you drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park. On your way, you will pass through interesting villages, tea plantations and have some breathtaking views of culture and mountains. Bwindi impenetrable is a unique jungle, with many monkey species, Bwindi is one of the two places in the world, where you can find mountain Gorillas! Day 14: Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park

Gorilla Tracking!!! After an early morning cup of coffee, arrange for a packed lunch and enough water and ready for gorilla tracking briefing. Then departure with your ranger to search for one of the world’s most interesting and endangered animals, the mountain gorilla! You will spend one hour with one of our closest relatives (me and you). Day 15: Bwindi Impenetrable Natonal Park

A day for relaxation, depending on energy level (optional) activities; make a nature walk through the national park, go for a primate or bird watching walk, or visit the local people. It is also possible to do a second gorilla tracking on this day as every minute with the gorilla is so exciting and adds on another experience. Medium budget: as above High budget:

Day 16: Bwindi Impenetrable – Kisoro

Transfer to kisoro. Relax at the lodge or visit the pygmies or make a walk to lake Muntanda if time allows.( driving time to kisoro depends on the area in bwindi we stay) Medium budget and High budget: travelers rest hotel (BB) or (FB).


Day 17: Kisoro – Mgahinga National Park - Kisoro

Visit mgahinga national park . choose one of the activities. Make a nature walk, go for a birding or primate walk, visit the golden monkeys or climb one of the volcanoes. Out of these, one activity per person is included, Mgahinga national park is part of the Virunga volcanoes and borders Rwanda’s Volcanoes national park A part from mountain Gorillas the stars of mgahinga are the golden monkeys. Day 18: Kisoro – lake Bunyonyi

Transfer to lake Bunyonyi, the deepest and most beautiful lake in uganda. Sleep on one of the beautiful islands, possible activities make a nature walk, go for a birding walk, go for canoeing, take a swim or visit the local community (all activities optional) Medium budget: Nature’s prime (BB) HIGH BUDGET : BIRD NEST (FB).

Day 19: Kabale town

Kabale form the headquarters of former kigezi, is the most populated areas in the southwestern Uganda, it is nick named the swertizland of Uganda by the nature of the hills? Experience and walk the feel of the town, visit the market, colonial execution, cultural heritages and bakiga museum. MEDIUM budget: WHITE HORSE INN (BB) HIGH BUDGE: CE WHITE HORSE IN (FB).


Day 20: Kabale

Visit one village community, volunteer in one of the activities, teach a skill, agriculture, health education, learn how to prepare African meals and have time to interact with school children. Medium and high budget CEPHAS IN (BB) AND (FB).


Day 21: Kabale - Lake Mburo National Park

After breakfast drive to lake Mburo national park. A game drive in the afternoon. It is also possible to make a boat trip on the lake ( optional) Lake mburo national park is one of the two national parks with zebras and the only national park with impalas in Uganda, there are no elephants and lions so walking safaris is possible. Day 22: Lake Mburo National Park

After breakfast, do an early morning game drive depending on the success of the previous one enroute Masaka – kampala, have a stop over again at the equator and lunch in the city to Entebbe airport for your flight.
